shipwreckonland asked: What are some really good fake blood brands? I'm looking to buy some online, but the pictures can be misleading. Thanks~
Hmm what kind of blood ‘effect’ were you going for? As in —- dark blood goop that ‘dries’ or like blood that never really dries it just runs like liquid? To be honest I still buy fake blood from the Spirit Store and Party City for my film shoots. Works for me :) If you need something stickier and less runny and not as see-through try Ben Nye’s “Zesty Mint” blood —- it has a mildly pleasant mint smell and can be put in mouths if needed on film shoots (a lot less gross to put in mouth compared to halloween store brand.) For blood that is like dark goop and dries into scab-looking effects, I LOVE Kryolan’s Fresh Scratch blood (it’s in a small white container/can) Hope this helps!

Anonymous asked: Hello! I was wondering what video editing software you use?I have a project I've been meaning to work on but have yet to find a way to edit that I like. I think you maybe have mentioned it in a video but I can't remember. >.<
Hi! I’ve used iMovie 2009 to edit most of my makeup tutorials to date. Lately I’ve been making myself use Final Cut Pro for short films. Both are excellent! But it’s not exactly the program to be picky about — I think honestly, it’s how you use it! Cheesy as it sounds it’s true :)
Truly an excellent palette. The brush is great too, which is rare for brushes that come with palettes.
